Certain items are only available from the warehouse in Salt Lake City, USA. If you order any of these products, they will be subject to the following conditions:

• Full payment (including local courier fee) is required when you confirm your order. This removes any uncertainty created by changing exchange rates and allows us to get the product to you as soon as it arrives in SA.
• The delivery period for each special order will vary according to when it is placed relative to the regular shipment cycle. This period can vary between 4 and 8 weeks. Soon after we have received your order, we will send you a mail confirming the estimated delivery date for your particular order.
• If, for any reason, Black Diamond USA is unable to ship the product you have ordered within a 2 month period, you will be entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
• If you order the product, you will not be permitted to return it for any reason other than the normal equipment warrantee. In other words, you may not return the product to us if the product is not to your liking due to fit, colour, style or performance. You may return it to us if there is a manufacturing defect as covered by the normal warrantees.
