SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Most orders are shipped the next business day after we receive your order.

1. Self-collect in Cape Town

Should you wish to pick up the goods yourself you can specify one of our Cape Town Authorized Black Diamond Dealers and we will drop the product with them within 48 hours.

2. Self – Collect in other parts of the country

Should you wish to see or try on product before purchasing, you are welcome to place your order with one of our Authorized Black Diamond Dealers. We will then ship the product to them with their next order – and you will pay them when you collect. Delivery period depends on when the retailer confirms their order.

3. Economy Courier service with The Courier Guy

Online orders placed with BlackDiamondEquipment.co.za are delivered by The Courier Guy. The Courier Guy delivers directly to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. (No P.O. Box addresses please). We currently only deliver within South African borders. Each and every delivery needs to be signed for as proof of delivery.

• Normal deliveries will be dispatched via Economy service which takes up to 5 working days.
• This shipping option is FREE FOR ORDERS OVER R750. If your order is less than R750, you will be charged R120 for shipping.
• For overnight/ next-day deliveries you will be charged Next-day deliveries must be placed before 12 p.m. Next-day shipping is only available for orders up to 6kgs, and only to major centres.
• Delivery to outlying areas (areas more than 50km from Main Centers) may take up to 7 working days.
• An additional surcharge of R250 applies to deliveries to Mines / Plots / Farms / Townships / Harbors / Ports / Power Stations. Orders received on Fridays, after 12 p.m. or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday or business day. After hours & weekend / public holiday deliveries are not available at this point in time.

4. Urgent next day deliveries

Urgent orders can be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery to major centres under the following conditions:

• Completed order received & paid for before 12pm
• Additional delivery fee
• No urgent or next day deliveries to outlying areas
• Saturday delivery is not available for Overnight shipments

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use this number to track your order through The Courier Guy’s tracking system or email us at orders@blackdiamondequipment.co.za

Backorders /Stock-outs

Our goal is to ship all orders complete and on time. Occasionally we’ll have an unplanned backorder or stock-out situation. In this situation we’ll contact you with a notification or offer of a comparable substitute product.

Special order items

Your order will be shipped to South Africa, with an expected lead time of 6 – 8 weeks depending on Supplier availability. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.
