What makes a retailer an “Authorized Black Diamond Dealer”?
In order to be awarded “Authorized Black Diamond Dealer” status – the retailer in question needs to:
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge & technical expertise to advise & sell our kit effectively
- Stock a good selection & range of the gear so that the end user can get what they need in one place
- Good knowledge and systems to provide easy access to product that they don’t normally stock
Some “Authorized Dealers” specialize in certain ranges – e.g. trail running or headlamps
